I bought a vb fourm ....

But... i wont to make an another section for pc softwers same hack section in this fourm... is this fourm or what?????

Hi Max, if you would take this up into the technical support area of this site it would be even better. Posting here gives us reasons to believe you don't have a valid vb License.

It wasn't, and I'm pretty sure he did, I doubt he will give it away, the guy will probably have to pay him for it if he will even do that.
