errors

hello, I am a newbie at using vbulletin...and my website just went down because of a power outage....well the server people got it back up and running, but now I am getting errors like this:>>

Database error in vBulletin Control Panel 2.2.5:

Invalid SQL: SELECT userid
FROM user
WHERE username='name'
AND userid <>
mysql error: You have an error in your SQL syntax near '' at line 4

mysql error number: 1064

I have no clue what this means??

It does this when I try to edit anything in the admin. panel...

Any ideas or help??

Also not everyone is getting their emails when the register, is there any reason for this?>?
