personal userpage hack?

i´m searching for a hack that gives every user a personal template driven userpage, which allows him to

-manage his own pictures with a possibility to give comments to each picture
-a personal journal
-a guestbook to receive feedback from other users
[-maybe the user may use html to give the page his own style??]

i couldn find a hack like this, but it surely would be interesting for many other users....
