QuickClose

This hack places a small link next to each thread title for admins, supermods, and mods to close that thread.

Current Version: 3.1

Session error message problem fixed.

Previous Version: 3.0

"Close" text changes to "open" when thread is closed.

Previous Version: 2.0

Added moderator/forum checking.
Added (optional) forum exclude list.

No screenshot...it's just a link that says [close].

Nice, small hack - I'm thinking of using adaptations of this in my gallery, where links for editing and closing threads can look messy because of the simplified layout.

You might want to add a check for ismoderator($forumid) to avoid showing the link to all moderators.

Great hack! thanks!

One little request...

Is there a way to have the word "close" change to "open" after you have closed the thread so you can open it up quickly too? (if someone wants to do that) That way we could tell at a quick glance from the listing whether it is open or not and open it up the same way. I hope I explained it better than I think I did. :-)
