i know this topic has probably been ask many times before, but this time i'll kinda encourage a little more

i need a post importer (xmb 1.5 ::blue moon:: or silver either way) i'm willing to pay to get a working importer too, if this is not possible does anyone know how to import it manually?

Actually it would be easier to wait for a bit, as a XMB -> phpBB2 importer is almost completed and there is a phpBB2 -> vB importer already, yes it may be a round about road but it still gets you your board in vB.
