Sounds like a pretty simple hack many of my own members were requesting for and might be useful to other people on other message boards. We know in forumdisplay.php if you click on the number of replies someone has, then a Javascript window pops up with the person's name and how many replies they had in that specific thread. How about taking this one level up: To the actual forum listings and by clicking on the number of posts that are in that forum, you can see a list of how many posts someone has had in that forum.
If anyone can do this hack or give hints on how to it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! [I attached an image showing the area to click, if I am unclear ] |

I am thinking this would tax your server too much to do it. Unless it updated some sort of database field everytime somebody posted, etc. which would still tax the system quite a bit if you have a busy board. Just an idea, but I too would like this hack if it doesn't tax the server to much. :up:
