Forum Title

Can someone please tell me how to delete the double forum title.

I would guess that's part of a custom style...I would suggest looking at the HTML in your browser dev tools, then use that to search your templates for the element, and comment it out.

I found it. I made changes in my dev forum and had my working forum to see changes.
I realized it after a while


In template "FORUMDISPLAY"

        <h2>
      {vb:rawphrase forum}: <span class="forumtitle">{vb:raw foruminfo.title}</span>
        </h2>

But I do not see the phrase "Sub-Forums" where it supposed to be.

It is as I want, but phrase is missing, maybe I have it check-out. i will see.
I do not know if there is a css code to turn title off?

What is "Sub-Forums"?
I didn't see it on the image that you noted to delete.
If you want to delete forum title then it is located in forumdisplay template as you found out.
