Help with CSS for external RSS feed in forum block
Hi,
I'm using http://www.surfing-waves.com/feed.htm to bring in some external RSS feeds into forum sideblocks. I've already set up a CSS sheet using the stylevar for it to use and that's working great except that it needs to know where that CSS is and I have no idea where to place it so that when my users change skin, that CSS inherits that particular skin's style var. I placed the css for that feed in clientscript/vbulletin_css/style00013l which is a problem because when someone changes to a different style, the forum block still calls the css in style00013l and the colors are off. My set up has about 20 different styles. Is there anyway to set things up so that when the skin changes, that CSS calls up the stylevar for that skin? Thanks in advance for any help. PS. I know about the workaround of setting up a poster to post the RSS threads and then drawing those into a block using latest threads. It's a fall back but I'd rather not use it. |

Why don't use custom codes instead of using rss feed?
You are making this become complex. |

What custom code? I need to pull in about 4 different RSS feeds. I'm not sure what kind of custom code you're referring to...
