When he posts and goes back to forum it does not show the post. I am experiencing the same thing as an admin, I have to constantly refresh the page.

Also,

Could it be an htaccess thing or caching? Never had this issue until recently...

What value do you have for your "Session Timeout" setting?

To check it, follow:

AdminCP -> Settings -> Options -> Cookies and HTTP Header Options

It will be the first setting on that page.
