I wanna add the show user avatar and "There have been X new posts and X new threads since then." but I have not the faintist clue. Anyone help a snyxman out here?

whoa, call me stupid, but I STUMBLED appon the "Since your last visit" hack by MrLister, sheesh, thanks man!

the avatar thing still has me stumped.
