I need to check some old template sytles on one of sites old backups.
New servers are upgraded to mysql latest.

Hence planning to test on windows 7 os on local pc.
Can someone direct me to download link for Mysql 4.0.16
I want to run Vbulletin 3.6.4

Also suggest me the right php and apache etc. requirements for same.

I doubt you'll find 4.0.16 since it was released in 2003, and even if you did I doubt it would run on Windows 7 since that was 5 years before Windows 7 even existed.

Yes it is hard to find, if play with googles cache some times you find what you want.
Lucky for this though...
