You have a lot of clashing colors ,.... the neon green is nice but I dont see it working with the backround colors you have. Also the powder blue in the registration box doesnt fit in with the rest of the site. -- same thing with the purple for the buttons at the top.

I do like the amount of avatars you have =)

Thx.. I will ask my designer to help me design a new color scheme.
