Email - Measure delivery rate and open rate
What is the best way to measure the delivery rate and open rate of mass emails since from vB? What is the best way to ensure emails get delivered?
I'm quite sure at the moment the delivery rate is very low, and I want to solve this issue. Many thanks. |

I'm interested in your Community Email addon here, but does it help get emails delivered? That is the goal right now, to improve the deliverability rate of our emails. |

It won't necessarily help them get delivered. However, it will give you good analytics. Our newsletter product also won't help you get emails delivered. At the end of the day, your emails are still going to come from your server with our product. However, it is a pretty neat way to send html based newsletters of your forum showcasing the latest content and what not  |
