Hello!

I was wondering how I add links into the footer.

I wanted to add a link for the ToS, as well as the Staff List.

Can someone tell me how to do this? Would serve a huge help!

If you mean beside the admin link that is from settings/options/Site Name / URL / Contact Details then scroll down to Terms of Service URL
There is also this for the navbar https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=236069 and you can name the tab what you want to suit your needs
