Have you searched on here for one? Try putting in Google in the search field and then tick the first drop down to All Mods and then the next drop down to Titles Only. You should get all the mods that have the word Google in the title of the thread.

Hi HM666
Yes there are a few some old, which not sure if still working some which are not supported and do other stuff. All i am after is a simple MOD to change the default search to Google custom search and for it to display the results nicely in the forum. |

Best way to find out if they are still working is to read the threads for the mods that you find. I know that seems like a lot to do especially when there are 20 pages, but you can find fixes and what have you usually in the threads. There are times too that you could try installing the mod but be aware that you should always back up your database first before trying to install a possibly sketchy mod. You also have the option to search the mod thread itself. There is a search drop down on the first post at the top right.
As far as a simple mod there may not be one. It might be something that you have to have someone code for you or if you are good with code you could possibly do it yourself. Do you have a link to the Google search that you want to install? |
