Getting errors on installation - version 3.8.4

Hi ,

I have license vbulletin I can download only the vbulletin 3.8.4 version and I want to use 3.8.x version. I can't download an version bigger then 3.8.4 (money problem... long history, don't ask)
It's ok because I can make the upgrade after the instalation but I have a BIG problem : more exactly on the /install/install.php page I get this:

After I type the customer number id the page shows a text : "redirecting..." instead the place where I type the customer number but nothing ... stays on exactly the same page .

Like HOST RESOURCES I HAVE:

Current PHP version: native (5.4)
Server version: 5.5.37-cll - MySQL Community Server (GPL)
phpMyAdmin - Version information: 4.1.8, latest stable version: 4.2.4

How may I proceed ? Because I want to use vBulletin .
The idea is ... I can't downgrade the version of php,mysql ...

Any solution ?

vBulletin 3.6.0 - 3.8.6 requires PHP 4.3.3 or greater and MySQL 4.0.16 or greater.
Downgrade PHP, but only to PHP 5.2.x or PHP 5.3.x
If you absolutely cannot use VB 3.8.8 beta and cannot get PHP 5.2.x or PHP 5.3.x see the patch announcement thread there is an option to manually install the JSON functions on older versions of PHP to make the patch compatible with older versions but this would be a last resort option.

Another option but not tested by me
You need to turn off strict errors in PHP. Remove E_STRICT from your php.ini file's error_reporting directive.

I can't do that because is not my webhost and already payed to 6 years .

Simple : I install the vbulletin 3.8.4 patch level 2 on other server with low resources but at the same webhost service (site) .
