thread count not showing in postbit

I use the following code in my postbit template

{vb:raw post.threads}

and it usually shows up the thread count fine, but there is an user that is having problems and it doesnt show up. He has up to 11 threads and still nothing.

Anyone?

I've ran updates, fixed broken profiles, and have looked into permissions... no luck.

I think the question isn't why {vb:raw post.threads} doesn't work for some user, but how it works for any user, since I don't think that's a value that exists in unmodified vbulletin. Do you maybe have a mod or plugin that provides that?

Oh yes, sorry. I do have a mod working for that. It works fine for every user but except for this one user apparently.

OK, well, it's kind of hard to help you then. If it's a mod you downloaded here you might want to ask in the mod's thread.
