I haven't used IE in years and the only reason it even runs on my laptop is because of the updates ....

IE needs to be put to rest by MS (and the team - if one still exists - put to work on better things elsewhere); or a have a huge overhaul.

Its already been patched.

All browsers have critical issues in them from time to time, your favorite Firefox, is no exception.

IE10+ is fine, its really time to drop the dated IE sucks analogies.

It might be fine now, but for some people that's too late. My university now only has Chrome and Firefox on the majority of their systems, IE is no where to be found.

Tomorrow a massive firefox or chrome security issue will happen, no news coverage will occur, and the world will be dumber for it.

IE gave me the Vb worry. Every time they upgrade it feels like 5.0

Every IE upgrade since 8 has been a massive step in the right direction.
