How to make a Navbar tab get the high-light?
OK, I just added a tab to my Navigation Manager, nothing strange a "Contact us" link.
When I select it, it takes me to the sendmessage page, but the highlight goes to "Forums", instead of the "Contact us" tab. Any idea how I can fix that? Here is a link to my site: http://forum.m1911.org/activity.php Many thanks! |

What is the difference between these to methods?
Also, is there a way to make a drop-down menu that will pop-down from one of these tabs? |

No difference really.
To add a dropdown tab. It is a small process but not to difficult. 1) Create a tab. 2) Create a menu for the tab. 3) Edit the tab and find the setting, "Target Menu" select the menu you just created, click on save. 4) Add links to the menu you created, these are what will show up as the dropdown items in the tab. |

Some people are big on SEO and don't want to have the tabid appended to the URL. And, if you have a bunch of submenu items that are all on the same php page, then the Tab Script would keep it highlighted for all of them.
