Please help with profile error 4.2.2

Hi all me and my members cant view profiles on our forum and woundered if you could help me this is the error im getting

the second problem im having is when i make a Reply / quick reply it keeps asking me if i want to leave or stay on page how can i fix this also as im not 100% on what to do here.

Have you done the recommended fixes to your php.ini, class_core.php and both PHP files in packages/vbforum/item
