How can I make it so my users cannot see a thread started by a user on their ignored list? Plenty of mods/hacks for 3.0 - but I can't find anything for 4.xx

Anyone have an idea how to do this? Would be greatly appreciated.

This will work up to 4.2.2 it does not hid but does stop them posting on the thread
