Showing up as unlicensed
I'm very confused on the intructions i've been given to verify my customer license.
I am getting the red flag warning "You are currently showing up as unlicensed". It's telling me to go to vBulletin.com Member Support, upon entering the support area, enter and or verify your "Contact Email Address". Both email's i've registered with on vBulletin.com and vBulletin.org match case sensitive and when I click on the link to vBulletin.com Member Support it says: "Owner's Email Address: XXXXX@hotmail.com". My email it says there matches the one I bought the license with, the one I've registered with at vBulletin.com and the one I registered with at vBulletin.org. I am terribly confused and need guidance. Thanks. |

If you just set this up, it can take a little bit of time to update & show you as active.
