Default vbulletin.com

I'm trying to download patches and need to get into vbulletin.com to change my password because it won't let me in with the one I got last week. I contact technical support, have sent two emails and have been waiting for a reply since last weekend. This is the worst support I've ever had from any software company. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to do what I'm trying to do?

You dont get a reply, you should get a email, are you sure your using the correct email, which would be the email you used when you bought vbulletin?

Did you check and verify it wasnt in your spam folder?

Added Note:
I was referring to ForceHHS link to reset your password, sorry didnt want to confuse ya.

All tickets in our queue have been dealt with. When you put in a ticket, did you get an email back telling you the ticket id? If not, then either the emails are going to a spam/junk folder or you are sending your ticket to the wrong place.

Also the speed of the support at vbulletin is very good and fast so you not getting it the problem is on your side

in that case your email address with vbulletin.com must be different to the one you're expecting emails at, remember IT IS case sensitive too!

Try sending an email from a different email account- who knows what could be happening- but if you haven't got an email back from us within a couple minutes with a ticket id number, we never got it.

If you used the email that you are using on your account here, then you are not going to show up as a Licensed customer in the ticket system since it is not the same email you have on your customer account.
