Lagging When Scrolling

I'll try to be as descriptive as possible, as it seems that vague posts go unnoticed.

Problem: When scrolling (up & down) in any thread, blog, or photo album that has pictures, videos, or is text heavy creates a lagging and temporary "hang" (for a split second) whil scrolling.

This problem only occurs in Google Chrome- I have tried it on multiple computers.

This problem only occurs on a custom theme (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=271601). - I have posted there but other uses don't seem to have any issues.

The problem does not exist on the default theme - which leads my to believe it has nothing to do with and plugins/products.

Temp Fix: If I clear the Cache in Google Chrome the problem goes away for a ~20 page views, then it will revert bag to the lag.

How can I trouble shoot this? I don't know where to begin.

Has anyone ever experienced anything like this?

Could be a Chrome specific issue not related to the style.

John, but something has to be triggering it from that style though since the default style with all the same plugins/products doesn't have any issues?

Chrome lags on my board as well, so for now I treat it as a Chrome specific performance issue. It probably will lag more on custom themes than the Default Style as they are usually more CSS heavy and more stylelized (gradients, and more graphics in general).
