Is there a way to hide a thread after eg 10 views per thread?

Not without some custom coding. I don't believe there's a modification that does that yet, but you could try putting in a request (paid or free).

To hide it in what way? But as mentioned above this can be achieved with a custom mod, it can not be done with the built in options in vb.
