Moderation / Ban Question
Hi I have a couple of questions for mods that might or might not exist. I appreciate any help you can give me.
1. Moderation notice, similar to MyBB and the way is displayed a notice when there's reported posts, is this achievable in VB? It's a really nice feature that means mods/admins don't have to keep visiting the ModCP to see new reports. 2. Mod Tools, in MyBB this awesome feature is where you can create moderator tools to enable quick actions for example in MyBB I could make a drop down item on the moderation menu called "Junk" that would automatically move the selected thread to a hidden spam forum, all that is configurable using MyBB mod tools. Example: http://docs.mybb.com/images/5/57/ACP...ThreadTool.png 3. Quick Ban, does a mod exist that can on the user info drop down in posts an option to "Ban User" is there, takes you to the ModCP ban with the user filled in, you type a reason and back. Quick and simple. |

1. AdminCP-->Settings-->Options-->User Infractions & Post Reporting Options
(you must create the report forum manually) 2. Administrative drop down at the top of the thread, and Moderation Tools box at the bottom of the thread. 3. There are several. Just search through the mods for your vb version |

2. I'm wandering if it's possible to make your own "tools" for that list like I showed in the screenshot for MyBB.

All those options are already available, you don't need to re-add them.
