My ISP is Acenet. Their recent php upgrade caused my vB 3.7.3 site to go down. I had not changed because everything worked perfectly, there was nothing to fix. But then disaster struck. Acenet implemented a "temporary" fix, and I am limping along, but I can no longer access the Admin area.
The first thing I believe that I need to do is upgrade to 3.8.x. Is there a link to a tutorial for doing this available, given that I can not access my Admin area? I don't think I can even disable the website while working on it, without accessing the Admin area. Hopefully I can use cPanel to delete the last backup file so that I can back up. In cPanel, you need to go to phpMyAdmin and then click into your forum database and then run the queries I listed in post #2.
