Over on Final Fantasy Shrine Forum, if I add a link to something, such as a YouTube video, when I post it'll change to the name of whatever it is, along with the site name.

For example, if I add this link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yKWoPlL2B8I

...it will become this when I post it:
