how to i add a banner on different forum

example

forum a: on left or right nothing a floating banner (left and right picture)

but when i open an forum B there have a floating banner (left and right picture)

help me for figure it

Can you post a link to said forums so we can get idea of what you are dealing with.

Example would be, I guess, how can vbulletin.org have ads on the left and right in the vB4 General Discussions but not in the vB3 General Discussions.
