[SOLVED] How do I change the layout of Documentation?
vBulletin 4.2.0
In AdminCP > vBulletin CMS > Layout Manager there are two layouts: Home (25,75,240px) 2 Column + Sidebar (25%, 75%, 240px) News (1col+300px) 1 Column +240px sidebar On our main page we have four tabs: What's New? - Articles - Forums - Blogs Articles has three links: The Front Page - Documentation - News When I click on Articles, the page is displayed using the Home layout. When I click on Documentation, the page is displayed using the Home layout. When I click on News, the page is displayed using the News layout. I'd prefer that the Documentation page use the News layout, or better, have a layout of its own -- Documentation layout. How do I accomplish this? |

Section information will appear: Name SEO URL Alias Layout Style Display Order Content From Content Columns Choose Layout and change the layout to Documentation. If you want to create a new layout entirely- go admincp>cms>layouts>create new layout (bottom of page)- then add the widgets you wish to appear on that layout. It really sounds as though your best bet would be to google "vb4 Manual" - it contains all of this info step by step for you. |

Thank you. I used the 'edit' function and that did the trick. Really appreciate the help. I do have the manual, but, and I beg your forgiveness, it is 'easier' to ask and then beg forgiveness -- at times. |
