If you go to the admincp, what does it show for your server loads (it should be a series of 3 numbers)? and what do you have set under AdminCP > Settings > Options > Server Settings > *NIX Server Load Limit?

Looking through the code for vb 4.2.0PL2, I don't see how that message could appear unless "*NIX Server Load Limit" is set to something other than 0. Could you have any modifications that would affect this?

No, it is not. I said to go to your main admincp page and it will say "Server Load Averages" and next to that will be a series of 3 numbers.
