Is it posible to make a auto greeting post in a selected forum when a new member joins IE:
In say members chat forum when a new member joins a post saying: The forum would like to welcome our newest member Fred Bloggs and hope he enjoys the forum etc?

I know the community bullitin has the ability to make a post in a selected name, just wondered it that would help in making a hack like this.
