Unable to post a poll...
Please forgive the possible basic question but I am new to vbulletin. I believe I have all the permissions set correctly for each usergroup (I am an admin and I have checked that one at least 10 times). I check the box to say I want to add a poll but instead of coming to the next screen to add the options to the poll - it makes the post.
Any ideas and thanks ahead for any answers. |

It might not be user group permissions but could be forum permissions or some custom plugin you have

I was able to add a poll to this thread after the post was added. But when I am making the initial post - it won't work.
Thanks again for the feedback. |

My site.
When you go in after the post, there is an option to "Add a poll to this thread" as an admin or I think as a regular poster for a few minutes. |

It ended up being a plugin where you redirect to the parent forum after posting. It made it skip the option to add a poll even if you had it checked.
