Admins not receiving emails
All of a sudden, our admins are no longer receiving emails - primarily they would be for new user registrations. I changed the default email address on the User Registration option to my email address (I am also an admin) and created a new user. I also did not get an email.
Enable email features = Yes It can't be spam issues as I have now tried 3 separate emails all with different domains. Any thoughts? Nothing has been done to the admin control panel other than my current testing. We are on version 4.1.1. This started approximately 1 week ago. Thanks! Jill |

If you haven't tried it already, in the adminCP got to Maintenance > Diagnostics > Email, and see what happens when you try to send a test email.

I did that. I didn't get any errors, but I also didn't get an email.

I just tried that test and it took a while to get the email. But assuming that you don't ever get it, you might have to contact your host and ask if there's any reason email would have stopped working. |

I think you are right. I'll call GoDaddy tonight. Thanks for your help!

Oh, GoDaddy...someone was just complaining recently about not being able to use the php mail() function, maybe that limitation just caught up with you.
