Still Showing Errors
Now I Downgrade My PHP5.3x To PHP5.2.17x Beacuse I Using Vbulletin 3.8.2 and php5.3x Not Supported vbulletin 3.8.2 old version
but Now My php5.2x Showing Thease Errors Same As php5.3x Code:

Have you tried replacing all the instances of =& with = in the files in question? If those were the only errors you got with PHP 5.3, that should fix them.
NOTE: Make sure to make a backup of those files first. |

You should not be getting that error is you are running PHP5.2. Are you sure it was installed correctly? Do you have any caching on your site?
