Forum got hacked and after restore not working?

Hello

My Forum got hacked and after retrieving it back its not working like the home page is working fine user can login also but when go to the category it says 404 page error not found on this server as i was using vbseo at that time when it got hacked and i restored my 2 weeks prev database and back up so whats the problem in it and how can i resolve it Waiting for the reply friends

If you have vbseo still installed then disable it and see if it fixes your problem, Then check to make sure your .htaccess is there and has the correct VBSEO info in there.

If you have removed vbseo then again check the .htaccess and ensure that all vbseo data is removed.

its showing me this in vbseo all files
vbseocp.php File does not contain expected contents
vbseocpform.php File does not contain expected contents

Replaced all the affected file but still getting this error

Not Found

The requested URL /f18/how-to-install-linux/ was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

and now i have disabled the plugin and its working fine with the default method showthread.php

hello mate thanks you replied here and gave your precious time i have removed the vb seo and did it from beginning can u please guide me about the htaccess edit?

yes mate at that time it was malware attack and then my site got hacked and i salute you that on that day i learned from u how to find the suspected files in vb and when today i put my backup bk to the server so my vbseo is doing problem and as u told i find vbseo files in suspected files. please help me i will be very thankful to u mate

also changed the your domain.com to my own one but now the home page goes fine and when i go to any category or thread it gives error like some css error see the screenshot and then i have turned off vbseo and it works fine please help

I would suggest that you go to where you got vbSEO & discuss it there, they will be more helpful than I regarding SEO.
