ı need image verification or question above of quick reply box, because it's easier to see that , so unregistered users should see it.. help?

As you've probably noticed, if you have human verification enabled for posting then it disables quick reply. So you'd have to modify the quick reply code to add human verification. I don't know how to do that offhand.
