Probem with Text Colors - Global Body Color

Hi,
I have the following problem:
The list of threads in a forum always seem to have the same text color (whatever I define for global body color) than the Links above the thread list ( e.g.
vBulletin.org Forum/ vBulletin 4 Discussion / vB4 Design and Graphics Discussions ) and Links to Anouncements.

I need the Links above that show the structure (
vBulletin.org Forum/ vBulletin 4 Discussion /vB4 Design and Graphics Discussions ) and the Annoucement in another text color than the list of theads in that forum.

How do I achieve that?
