Bit of an odd question, depends on your time and determination, my forum has 20,000+members and i have seen every one of them in to the forum!, you cant be there all the time or see everything so even if you only have a couple of hundred members you should search out some trusted members who you'd trust with being a moderator.

Why make life tougher than it is?
