How to MASS delete select users?

I am cleaning out my database. I have a massive amount of users with no posts but some are there because they wanted the email notifications and I do NOT want to delete them. SO, I can create a list of all users with no posts but DO have a homepage (because these are most likely the spammers).

Is there a way to delete all members (or ban all members) via a list? The mass prune feature doesn't allow the variables I need to prevent loosing good emails.

I will be installing spam protection and blocking homepage links after this but want the members out of my database first.
