Allowing one usergroup ability to opt out of ads.
Hello,
I'm using vbulletin version 3.8 I'm trying to create the ability for one usergroup to be able to opt out of ads. However, I'm not really sure the best way to do this. I was thinking of creating a duplicate style and allowing only one usergroup the ability to select it, but that doesn't seem plausible. I was thinking of using custom profile fields and setting up a conditional, but I'm unable to find a way to only allow one usergroup the ability to view/modify the custom profile field. Any ideas or suggestions? Thank you in advance. |

Hi Tommy,
How about not showing ads to all the members of that user group? |

Why not just surrond your ads in an IF conditional to prevent them seeing them? like this:
