Hello,
Can I ask you one question? That is I don't know how to move (or at least a add-on can help for that) to move a part of users from this group to another group?

Ex: move all of users (1000 users) from "Users Awaiting Email Confirmation" to "Registered Users".

I use Promotion, which you can find in the usergroup manager. Its very limited in what it can do but it would deffo do what you mentioned in your example.
sorry thats my best shot at it.

I think you can use Move / Prune Users under the User menu in the adminCP (just make sure you move them instead of deleting).
