Re-useable Code Is in Beta Stage
No support by the author.
Description
This modification is a edit of the original Global Threads modification (click here) made by Randominity. It supports the latest version of vBulletin (3.8.x). It also has a couple extra features I scripted in it to help with the ease of customization to your forum. Credits goes to Randominity for the idea and a good chuck of the code.

If your forums are created in such a way where certain groups of users only visit a certain area of your forum, then it is difficult for users to read important threads and announcements. This modification displays a specified number of threads from a sub forum that you specify across your entire forum. These threads are separated from the others and labelled how you specify (default: "Global:").
Did you get permission from Randominity to re-release his mod? You are not allowed to simply make a few changes to someone's mod and release it as your own without permission of the original author. His mod was not marked as re-usable code.
The only difference I am seeing between your code and the update I released (with permission) is the database query. Everything else looks the same, including the name of the settings and variables so it's pretty clear you edited the original mod and did not re-write it from scratch.

I did not, I simply made it compatible with the latest version of 3.8.x vBulletin as I had some problems using it in mine. Full credits goes to him, all did I was some minor editing, that's why I gave him credits in the introduction. I just had to rewrite the query and I added a few extra configurable options. I was looking around on google and found a lot of people with the 3.8.x problem with this modification, so all I did was solve it. I apologize if my thread was misleading, I'll edit it now.
