Need VB3.8 theme style?

Hello all,

I Need VB3.8 theme style i did searching for more then one hour in styles but could,t find any good theme mostly themes posters who give DEMO: url is not working some gives 404 error and some url's are just a domain name now they are usless. rest who give screen shots they should have to upload the screens in vb.org directory but they use to upload it on free image hosting sites e.g image shaks and tinypics and now there screens are not available. so anyone guide me that how a new user can select/preview a good theme.

I am looking for vb style which should be wide not sequesd one and the 2nd thing is that its color scheme should be lite which should not tease the users. can anyone help me out? plaese list some best styles of vb and one last question is that can we use styles of any other version of vb in 3.8.x?
Any help will be really appreciated.
