ckeditor not working well

hi everybody!

i was using fckeditor on the previous version of vbulletin on which i was using two languages(english and urdu) which was working fine. but as i upgrade vbulletin it also upgraded fckeditor to ckeditor. although there are better features available on ckeditor but the core feature i required is urdu editor which is not working at all. first it was working on firefox but not on others but now its also creating many problems on all the browsers. so please help me to sort out the problem so that the plugin by which ckeditor should toggle the language efficiently on every browser.
