Comment box error

Hi Team

My CMS comments were working fine until the recent upgrade to 4.1.5. This problem also persists in the blog tab to. http://www.tabletennisdaily.co.uk/fo...-a-rising-star..

If anyone can help me bring the comments colour box back to normal, it will be much appreciated.
