guys i need your help

someone hacked my vbulletin.com aaccount and he change the email address. now my account showing up a un licensed. how can i be licesed member again? i already paid lifetime and it cost me a lot of money! please help me.

he change my email add on my vbulletin.com and he also change my password. he totaly change all the password of all my account like twitter and facebook. he only left unchange password and email is my vbulletin.org account please help me. my life time will turning to waste? grrrr

ive been there but they wont listen to me on there ticket support!. because i told them my old email add and they just say we dont have email like that here! if you are pretending just stop! what do you think about that? ofcourse there is no email like that there anymore because the hacker already change it! thats why im not a licensed user now! my lifetime account turn to waste! darn!

Contact them again and provide the credit card details or more information from your original transaction, you only need a way to verify that your the one who originally purchased i.e. the intended owner... at least that should suffice however I'm not 100% sure, I believe it's at their discretion.

If you can't retrieve your account then purchase again and this time DO NOT provide your customer # AND password to the vb.com members area to ANYONE as this is one possible outcome . *You should always provide the .zip files to third parties if performing work, meaning you download then forward the file as the only thing required to install or upgrade is the customer #.

no i cant buy a new vb account! thats too much! and the paypal account is from my fathers friend! and that friend of his is already dead. so i cant send them the purchase paypal id.

If you can't give the details of the original purchase, how would you suggest you can prove you really did purchase the license originally and aren't just someone claiming to have a license who never did?

I suggest you to check the email which vbulletin sales team sent you during the purchase. It contains all the details regarding the transaction.

In your email search for the term vBulletin Receipt

Of course you must realize even if this is what actually happened... how it sounds to everyone else and why they are hesitant to just "sign it all over".
