Default Parse URL , Grab thread from another forum

That website is using the parse Mod in threads.. I looked a lot for that Mod and couldn't find it.. basically what it does is.. you just have to put the URL of another forums thread in body and click Parse and then convert it will grab their links and change to your internal links...
