Hello guys, i've noticed my forum is getting slower and slower is there any sort of maintenance i need to do to speed things up every once in a while?

Not really... if you're not getting any errors you're probably setup OK. Are you on a shared host? They could be adding more sites to the same server slowing everyone down.
