problem with reading "Who is online " When a person is at rest on the forum after a few minutes I do not see it online?

If they haven't clicked on anything in the forum it's the same as if they have left the page. The server doesn't know they're physically viewing the page if they aren't "active."

You can go to vbulletin options-> Cookies and HTTP Header Options and extend the "session timeout" to extend the time someone is considered online before their session expires.

But it shows users that are online and if they are offline! It would be something that everyone Refresh the page
